My camera broke and I wasn’t able to take pictures. Can I still receive credit?
Nope. Sorry! No exceptions.
 
I’ve done the online promotion but I do not know how to take a screen shot of my work. How do you take screen shots?

Where do I pick up my ticket?
You can pick up your ticket at the will call booth at the festival entrance.
 
When will my ticket be available?
Your ticket will be available for pickup anytime after gates open on Thursday.
 
Does my ticket include the Thursday Pre-Party?
Unless stated otherwise, your ticket does NOT include the Thursday Pre-party pass. It will be available on the Thursday, but it only includes the 3-day pass.
 
Can I get my ticket ahead of time?
No. All tickets will be made available at the Will Call booth at the festival entrance.
 
I can’t make it to the festival anymore. Can I put the ticket in someone else’s name/use it next year?
All tickets are non-transferable. They are available only to the person that earned the ticket for the 2013 festival.
 
When will I find out if I earned a ticket?
Everyone will be notified whether they received a ticket 1 week prior to the festival.
